Graphic Designer

GRAPHIC ARTIST/DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

1. Ecommerce Shop Design & Product Asset Creation:

• Design and produce high-quality, conversion-optimized graphics for the company ecommerce platforms, including homepage banners, promotional tiles, category pages, livestream background, livestream product visuals, livestream GIFs, landing pages etc.
• Create compelling and consistent product images, including lifestyle shots, infographics, and feature call-outs.
• Ensure all product pages are visually appealing and informative by creating icons, badges (e.g., "Bestseller," "New Arrival"), and comparison charts.
• Design user interface (UI) elements like buttons, icons, and navigational graphics to improve the overall user experience (UX).

2. Marketing & Advertising Materials:

• Design assets for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Display ads, and retargeting banners.
• Develop engaging visuals that are mobile-responsive and on-brand.
• Create visuals for sales promotions, holiday campaigns, and new product launches.

3. Brand Consistency & Guidelines:

• Uphold and evolve the company's brand identity across all ecommerce channels.
• Work within established brand guidelines for typography, color, and imagery to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update brand guidelines as needed.

4. Photo Editing & Retouching:

• Perform photo editing, color correction, and retouching product photography to ensure a professional and consistent look.
• Remove backgrounds and create clean, white-background product cutouts.
• Create composite images and mockups to showcase products in use.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audiences.
• Coordinate with the Ecomm Account team to ensure designs are technically feasible, compliant with guidelines for platforms, and implemented correctly.
• Collaborate with brand managers to understand product features and benefits to highlight them effectively.
• Coordinate with the Livestream team to ensure designs and graphic creations are applicable to Livestream requirements.

6. Performance & Optimization:

• Work side by side with the Media Buying Team to create visuals that have high customer impression and engagement to the brand social media accounts and ecommerce shops.
• Use data and A/B testing results to inform design decisions and optimize graphics for higher conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest ecommerce design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, or at least a graduate of any Graphic Design related course.
• 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio, showcasing ecommerce and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva are essential.
• Strong understanding of fundamental design principles (layout, typography, color theory, composition).
• Experience with photo editing and retouching.
• Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile design.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Schedule/Set-up:

• Monday – Friday / Day shift
• Office-based

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
