Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities within the Roche Bobois warehouse. This includes efficient inventory management, quality control, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves close coordination with the Roche Bobois team, the Accounting Department, and the Merchandising Manager to uphold high standards in inventory handling, reporting, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Team Management

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Handle scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.

• Warehouse Maintenance & Furniture Care

• Ensure proper storage, care, and handling of all furniture.

• Monitor the condition of items during stock checks and transfers to maintain quality standards.

• Container Receiving

• Supervise and coordinate the receiving of incoming containers.

• Verify product quantities and quality, addressing discrepancies immediately.

• Delivery Coordination

• Manage and schedule deliveries in coordination with the logistics and sales teams.

• Maintain communication with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Inventory Management & Reporting

• Conduct regular physical inventory checks.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare ageing reports to monitor stock levels and turnover.

• Inflow Data System Management

• Update and maintain stock information in the Inflow inventory management system to ensure data accuracy.

• Quality Control

• Perform and document quality checks on all incoming and outgoing furniture.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

• Fuel Tracking for Delivery Trucks

• Track and manage monthly Shell gasoline consumption for delivery vehicles.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of fuel usage records.

• Internal Coordination

• Align delivery schedules and inventory needs with the Roche Bobois team.

• Collaborate with the Accounting Department to ensure proper invoicing, payments, and record-keeping.

• Stock & Inventory Collaboration

• Work with the Merchandising and Showroom Managers to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Provide updates on stock availability, anticipated needs, and incoming inventory to support showroom operations.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Location: Primarily warehouse-based, with occasional site visits or delivery coordination.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, move, and oversee handling of large furniture pieces.
• Work Hours: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (flexibility required for weekends or extended hours during peak operations).
• Cross-functional Coordination: May require interaction with suppliers, other branches, and logistics teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (furniture industry is a plus).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage logistics and delivery schedules.
• Physically fit and capable of overseeing large-scale item movement.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and experienced in handling petty cash and documentation.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
• Additional logistics training or certifications is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
