Logistics Personnel

1. Retrieve finished goods from the warehouse in accordance with the Sales Planner's submitted Delivery Request Schedule (DRS).

2. Implement proactive measures to prevent and closely monitor any backlogged deliveries.

3. Continuously track the routes and real-time status of field units, effectively coordinating and prioritizing their schedules. Immediately report any logistics-related incidents to the Supply Chain Manager.

4. Collaborate with the Warehouse Officer to ensure the availability of stock items for upcoming deliveries.

5. Check all logistics documents such as delivery receipts, packing list, etc. all tally with the actual item.

6. Ensure that all company trucks are in good condition and properly maintained to avoid disruption in the delivery schedule.

7. Act as the first responder for any transport accident or incident, must be familiar with traffic rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures for proper guidance.

8. Ensure that all documents pertaining to transportation insurance must be available at any time.

9. Perform assigned tasks from time to time.

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
