Industrial Engineering Analyst (Project Management) is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis of projects by applying industrial engineering principles to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Conduct process and workflow analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and deviations; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives using industrial engineering tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or process improvement is an advantage.
