We're Hiring - Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

The QC Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that all raw materials, packaging components, in-process batches, and finished goods consistently meet Primelab's quality standards and each client's product specifications. This role supports overall product integrity, regulatory compliance, and smooth daily operations across our toll manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks and testing of raw materials, packaging, in-process batches, and finished goods prior to release.

  • Perform in-process inspections during compounding and filling to ensure compliance with GMP and formulation standards.

  • Review, verify, and ensure accuracy of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).

  • Coordinate with Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams to report deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain QA/QC documentation, including COAs, testing sheets, and inspection reports.

  • Assist during client audits, FDA inspections, and GMP/ISO compliance checks.

  • Monitor and ensure the consistent implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout operations.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, or any related science course.

  • Licensed Chemist or Pharmacist is an advantage but not required.

  • With 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing industries.

  • Knowledgeable in laboratory testing, GMP standards, and quality documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
