What Are Our Wishes
The Microsoft Power Platform Full-Stack Developer will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business solutions using the Power Platform stack. This role includes creating responsive user interfaces, automated workflows, and integrated data structures, as well as backend development involving custom connectors and APIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in digital transformation and system design, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agile delivery project.
• Should be a developer with actual experience working with corporate structure and CI/CD pipeline in deployment.
• Should have architecture skills.
• Experience in Agile project management is a plus.
• Experience in developing AI components is a plus.
• Able to handle application, database, and integrations and can do application to enterprise level.
• Should logically consider security and ensure software engineering standards are met.
• Has experience and capabilities to develop with Model Driven Apps, especially in tuning work with different Model Driven Apps.
• Nice to have experience in GIS, as projects will have integration with GIS.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Tools/Software

• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or open-source alternatives.

Certification

• Power Platform Developer certification is preferred.

Reporting And Coordination
The developer will take instructions from the Project Manager and Product Owner, working closely with the project team and stakeholders. Additional services may be required as directed by the project team or supervisor. Remote work is confirmed, with occasional technical meetings needed onsite, but these will not be frequent.

*How can you contribute to the team?*

• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to design solution components and UI/UX to meet business requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end components, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Azure Data flows, Dataverse models, SharePoint assets, custom connectors, APIs, and plug-ins.
• Support the merging and packaging of solutions for deployment on CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize solution component performance.
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Resolve issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
• Facilitate data migration for solution components from existing solutions or offline data.
• Analyze existing solution components to enhance design and execution for improved user experience.
• Conduct demos and User Acceptance Testing for assigned deliverables.
