Associate Specialist, Client Onboarding

Major Duties:

• As an experienced functional area expert, provides leadership and problem solving to the team and partners at a high technical level.

• Assists with the development and successful implementation of onboarding clients for the Client Onboarding group.

• Identifies areas for process improvement and carries out activities that are technically difficult to execute on those improvements.

• Role is focused on development and initiative management. Executes on strategic business activities that cross functional lines.

• Carries out initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.

• Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.

• Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to help improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

Knowledge:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

• Attention to detail and collaboration skills required. Analytical, procedurally competent and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

• Leadership and organizational skills are required to help determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and help assess and assist in the development of the skills of the staff.

Experience:

• A seasoned expert with technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over several years

• A College or University degree is required.
