About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and communicative Client Management Associate to help build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while ensuring an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Track and manage client accounts, project progress, and service performance.
  • Identify potential issues early, propose solutions, and follow through until resolved.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to client accounts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and insights from client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in client management, customer service, or account handling.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and handle challenges professionally.
  • Project management experience or familiarity is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
