This is a full-time, office-based role in Cebu City.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Administrative Assistant / CSR to work with our client based in Melbourne, Australia with a business in a modeling agency for kids. You will be responsible for admin-related tasks including interviewing or recruiting kids and some special projects (as required). They are a growing team in Cebu and will work directly with the owner of the business and support colleagues in the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing calendars, making appointments, and prioritizing follow-up calls with clients.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
• Handles client calls, responding to emails.
• Interviewing kids and working with parents.
• Assisting in social media tasks and online marketing.
• Other ad-hoc tasks (as required).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Charismatic and loves working with kids.
