Merchandise Coordinator

Qualifications:

1. College graduate or at least college level of any course

2. With at least one (1) year of experience as Merchandiser

3. With good / effective communication skills

4. Can handle / conduct promos, events and other sales and marketing activities as needed

5. Resides within South Luzon

6. Flexible, diligent and reliable

Tasks / Responsibilities:

1. Ensures consistent and smooth flow of goods from warehouse to stock room and to display of stores

2. Assist in deliveries and receiving of all incoming and outgoing SKUs

3. Monitors stocks per store outlet and generate regular inventory reports

4. Reconciling any merchandise discrepancies

5. Checking and scanning of items prior to receiving of outlets

6. Making necessary price adjustments (with management approval and store notice given)

7. Organizing and maintaining all back stock areas as new merchandise arrives

8. Organizing, reporting and monitoring of BO's and near expiry goods

9. Assist in stock item replenishment during promotions such as sampling activity

10. Reports and meets with Sales team regularly
