We're Hiring:

Experienced Marketing Assistant (Social Media & Online Marketing) Are you a digital-savvy marketing professional with a passion for social media and online engagement? We're looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to support our growing team and help us execute impactful digital marketing strategies across various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media role
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and etc.)
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as:
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic email marketing
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Description:

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in executing day-to-day marketing operations with a strong focus on social media and online marketing platforms. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to create, schedule, and analyze content, manage campaigns, and support brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily posting and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others
  • Support planning and execution of email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing campaigns
  • Assist with creating visual and written content using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms
  • Track and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community management
  • Conduct research on trends, competitors, and new tools to optimize marketing efforts
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the company's website and landing pages
  • Help coordinate collaborations with influencers or brand partners
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support to the marketing manager
