The Hotel Reservation Associate is responsible for managing guest bookings, answering reservation inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations. This role provides excellent customer service and works closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations by phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Confirm bookings and assist with cancellations or changes.
  • Provide guests with information on room availability, rates, and special offers.
  • Communicate with other hotel departments about guest requests and bookings.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update the system as needed.
  • Assist in promoting hotel packages and upselling room options.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a hotel setting.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of reservation software (e.g., Opera) is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php18,125.00 per month
