JOB SUMMARY

Manages marketing operations, events, content, ads, and research while ensuring cross-team alignment. Builds key relationships and maintains databases to support campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Operations

· It involves tracking and managing marketing expenses while ensuring timely liquidation and adherence to budget allocations.

· Includes planning and executing social media content calendars, producing creative materials, managing PR catalogs, and running e-commerce ads on platforms like Dotcom and Zalora.

· Conducts market research, such as FGDs, surveys, and competitive analyses, to guide marketing strategies.

Event Support

· Supports templated event planning and execution by managing budgets, sourcing suppliers, handling MOAs, and coordinating logistics with relevant teams.

· Involves engaging KOLs, overseeing on-ground event coordination, and preparing post-mortem reports to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.

PR & Product Seeding

· Manage product and press release seeding, monitor effectiveness and media engagement, and build strong relationships with KOLs, press, and suppliers to boost PR efforts and brand visibility.

Administrative Support & Reporting

· Manage administrative tasks such as memos, budget requests, attendance tracking, liquidation reports, and communication briefs, while preparing bi-weekly marketing updates for alignment with key teams.

· Ensure smooth coordination across departments including Brand Merchandising, Concession, E-commerce, CSD, Digital Marketing, PR, and Retail Marketing.

Database and Lead Management

· Generate and maintain an updated database of KOLs, press contacts, and suppliers to support ongoing and future marketing and PR campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Media, other business-related courses

· With at least 1-year minimum working experience in the related field

· Must be highly creative and has excellent presentation skills

· Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written

· Having a wide networks of media linkages is an advantage
