Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring that all team members are motivated and productive
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, and order control
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and ambiance to ensure the best guest experience
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff members
  • Track financial performance and work with the management team to meet budget goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
