Job Summary:

At Seller's Hub, we believe in transforming lives through life-changing products—and our people are at the heart of that story. We're looking for an Internal Brand Associate who can capture and showcase the best of Seller's Hub through videos, storytelling, and digital content.

If you have a knack for video production, social media content creation, and visual storytelling, and want to help build an employer brand people are proud of, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Produce engaging videos that highlight our company culture, employee experiences, events, and milestones.
• Create employee testimonials, podcast coverage, and event highlights that bring our brand story to life.
• Manage daily social media postings (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to strengthen Seller's Hub's employer brand.
• Design supporting visuals such as certificates, posters, IDs, and digital graphics for internal and employer branding initiatives.
• Work closely with the Employer Branding Supervisor for direction, alignment, and creative support.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful brand representation.
• Stay updated with the latest content trends (short-form videos, reels, podcast formats) to keep our brand fresh and engaging.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design; experience in internal branding or corporate communications is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); strong skills in motion graphics and video editing are required.
• Experienced with video production—from concept development and shooting to editing—using tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling with excellent attention to detail in typography, color, branding, and layout.
• Familiar with social media management and current digital design trends.
• Creative, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under the guidance of a supervisor.
