Part-Time Marketing Assistant / Facebook Media Buyer Support VA I’m the founder of a growing marketing agency and I'm looking for a highly detail-oriented virtual assistant to help implement our ad fulfillment systems. This role is part-time (20 hours/week) with the potential to grow, and it’s best suited for someone with hands‑on experience inside Meta Business Manager. You won’t be building strategies from scratch — instead, you’ll be executing step‑by‑step SOPs, supporting our ad setup process, coordinating creative requests, and keeping fulfillment organized and efficient. You must have experience working directly inside Meta Business Manager and be confident navigating Facebook Ads Manager. Experience connecting domains, verifying A2P registration, and launching ads using existing campaign structures will also be important but not required if you can learn it. Responsibilities Setting up campaigns and ads inside Meta Business Manager (must know how to navigate confidently) Following checklists to configure A2P brand registration, connect advertising domains, and publish landing pages Submitting creative briefs via Airtable to our internal video editors Working in GoHighLevel to set up client calendars, funnels, and automation templates (training provided) Entering data from onboarding forms into custom values and systems Using Airtable to stay on track with fulfillment, task checklists, and SOPs Watching Loom training videos and following documented processes precisely Communicating with the founder directly and proactively Qualifications 1+ years of hands‑on experience using Meta Business Manager (this is a must) 2+ years working virtually with a founder or CEO Very comfortable following step‑by‑step SOPs and instructional videos Organized, detail‑oriented, and tech‑savvy Responsive, committed, and serious about delivering consistent work Can work part‑time with some overlap in Australian business hours Pay & Hours 20 hours/week, with potential to expand to full‑time based on performance Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part‑time Industry Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
