  • Performing general maintenance and repairs for all company premises, equipment, and assets.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of kitchen and operational equipment.
  • Monitoring and assisting with stock and materials, including purchasing necessary items and delivering them between branches.
  • Conducting routine and emergency repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facilities.
  • Assisting with other operations-related tasks as needed by the Employer, such as delivery of stocks between branches, purchase of items/stocks, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience of store repair and maintenance
  • Basic electrical skills and knowledge is a plus
  • Willing to travel between store branches (Taguig City and Molito Alabang)
  • Complete government IDs - TIN, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG

This is a full-time role and stay out position. Salary includes minimum wage and labor-applicable benefits which can be negotiated depending on confirmed skills and experiences.
