  • Technical Training
  • Preventive Maintenance Program
  • Maintenance of Facilities and Utilities
  • Quality Assurance for parts under maintenance programs
  • Performance and Condition Monitoring Program
  1. Reviews and Cascades the following:
  • Work Instruction
  • SOP
  • Engineering Guidelines
  1.  
  2. Spearheads the project from conceptualization to implementation
  3. Ensures timely reporting of issues related to engineering
  4. Sets and monitors departmental budget
  5. Sets and evaluates the  performance targets of subordinates
  6. Addresses employee grievances and build positive working environment for the department
  7. Implements necessary developmental intervention for subordinates
  8. Performs role in hiring and promoting subordinates
  9.
