The LOOK At Me Sr. Beauty Specialist reports directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for sales budget achievement of the assigned categories thru providing premium, personalized customer shopping experience. The Sr. Beauty Specialist is expected to establish and maintain good professional customer relationships, aiding customers in finding bespoke solutions to their beauty needs, including makeovers and personalized consultations. The Sr. Beauty Specialist keeps abreast of the total store assortment, and new product entries to ensure loyal customers are advised ahead of the rest.

Success will depend on:

  • Product Expert ; Has in-depth knowledge on product assortments and in-store digital toolsto drive sales and boost customer loyalty
  • Sales Driven ; Persuasive, energetic, and engaging while guiding customers toward sales
  • Capability to consistently perform different selling techniques base on customer profile – (i.e. explain promotion and Features, Advantages, Benefits of products)
  • Customer Focus - Ability to handle, assist customer needs (online clients), inquiries and offer relevant in-online store services
  • Can effectively demonstrate and apply selling techniques to achieve sales target based on the shoppers' profiles

Qualifications:

  • Motivated, driven and able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team
  • Previous experience within the same industry would be an advantage
  • Have a passion for makeup and fragrance
  • Required skill(s): Communication, Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Makeup Artist.
  • 6 Full-time positions available.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in SM Aura.
