Job Summary:

Global Nephro Training Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Instructor to join our team. The Clinical Instructor will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality hemodialysis training to participants, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and effective educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instructional Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and informative hemodialysis training sessions that adhere to established curriculum and instructional guidelines. Facilitate both theoretical and practical training sessions to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills.

2. Clinical Supervision: Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision during hemodialysis practice sessions, ensuring participants develop competence in safe and effective hemodialysis procedures.

3. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to gauge participants' understanding and progress. Evaluate participants' performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend areas for improvement.

4. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the education team to develop and enhance training curriculum, materials, and resources. Keep content updated and aligned with industry best practices and regulations.

5. Individualized Support: Offer personalized guidance and support to participants based on their learning needs and skill levels. Address participant questions, concerns, and challenges effectively.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of participants' attendance, performance, and assessment outcomes. Prepare reports and documentation related to training activities.

7. Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments, advancements, and trends in hemodialysis practices and education. Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Duly licensed by the PRC Board of Nursing (required).

2. Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Instructor.

3. Graduate degree in Nursing or a related specialty, or completion of 15 units in a Master's Program (required).

4. Training certificate in Hemodialysis is an advantage.

5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

6. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

7. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering participants to excel in their hemodialysis practice.
