• Strong understanding of web application testing, order workflows, and system integrations

• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams

Areas of Responsibility

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and cases for eCommerce and internal tools
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across systems and workflows
• Validate complex business processes, including order routing, pricing, tax, shipping, and forecasting logic
• Test and verify API, EDI, and system integrations; ensure data accuracy across OMS, ERP, and reporting systems
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Define and improve QA processes, release criteria, and testing structure in agile environments
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, release readiness, and post-release reviews
• Leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and quality

Requirements

• You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• 3+ years of experience and training in Software Quality Assurance or a related field
• Hands-on experience testing eCommerce platforms (Magento strongly preferred)
• Experience writing clear test cases and documenting defects
• Familiarity with agile/sprint-based development environments
• Exposure to ERP/OMS, API/EDI integrations, test management tools, or basic SQL/Postman preferred
• Exposure to automation testing and modern AI tools in QA is a plus
• You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
• 8GB of Memory or higher
• Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
• Genuine 64 bit Windows or MacOS
  • Operating systems must remain at the latest available version with the most current security patches.
• Ability to support a dual monitor setup
