Job Title: Sales Support Associate (Full-Time)

Department: Operations & Telecalling Support

Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who can adapt to using CRM tools, support the telecalling team, and assist in streamlining operational processes. This role also involves contributing to city-level mapping projects and creating simple training content for our LMS app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, organize, and maintain structured feature listings in the CRM.
  • Update and maintain city mapping data on the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Support the telecalling team by contacting leads, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in delivery processes by validating and managing operational data.
  • Develop mock-up tutorial videos using Loom to demonstrate LMS app functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable with telecalling and customer engagement.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a startup environment.
  • Ability to create simple, easy-to-understand screen-share tutorial videos

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
