MC WILSON CORPORATION (Company behind Gringo, Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon cafe, and Tatatito) is looking for a Shift Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager to be assigned to our Gringo Restaurant in Fort BGC

GRINGO CHICKEN RIBS & FRIENDS is a southwestern Latin-Mexican Restaurant in the Philippines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily operations of the store.
  • Lead store in achieving performance targets.
  • Implement programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operations.
  • Manage people and serve the training & coaching needs of subordinates
  • Responsible for the control of operations' expenses & food cost

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
  • Have good floor management skills.
  • Have good customer service skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course or equivalent
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 2-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Restaurant Food Service
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Fort BGC
