About the Role

DFNN Inc. is looking for driven and experienced 
Senior Sales Associates
 to join our growing team in 
Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and representing DFNN's innovative solutions with confidence and professionalism.

As a Sales Associate, you will engage with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver value-driven solutions while consistently achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-oriented environment and are motivated by growth, incentives, and long-term career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Actively generating and qualifying leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and networking
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Presenting DFNN's products and solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and company offerings

What We're Looking For

  • At least 
    2 years of experience
     in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Willingness to grow, learn, and take on greater responsibilities
