Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, extension, and offboarding of contingent workers within client SLAs.
  • Ensure accuracy in contractor setup, documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, specialists, and contractors for rate changes, tax structures, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain customer focus by building trust and treating all clients and contractors as VIP.
  • Handle onboarding-related queries via email, cases, and hotline promptly.
  • Use prescribed systems efficiently, monitor for issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in projects, team meetings, and new client implementations.
  • Support ad-hoc reports, tasks, and process updates while modelling a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Office Administration, or equivalent
  • Preferably with BPO work experience; customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and composure under pressure
