Auro Cafe is a premier establishment dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking a talented and versatile Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs:
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on café equipment, including coffee machines, espresso machines, grinders, and other kitchen appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Facilities Management:
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Monitor and address any facility issues, including HVAC systems, lighting, and water fixtures.
  • Equipment Installation:
  • Install new equipment and machinery as needed, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance supplies and tools.
  • Order and stock necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Participate in safety training and drills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid certifications in relevant areas (e.g., electrical, plumbing) are preferred.
