Company Overview:

We are a Property Management Company committed to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-managed properties. We are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join our maintenance team in Makati.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting to ensure proper operation of building equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues to the Property Manager
  • Support property and facilities operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Vocational or Technical course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in property management or building maintenance
  • NC II is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
