We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Product Team in making data-driven decisions, conducting market analysis, and improving internal e=iciencies. This hybrid role requires equal parts data analysis and operational strategy to ensure alignment between business goals and product execution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Decision Support: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive product decisions and internal process improvements.Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations teams to align data insights with business objectives.KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and operational success. In addition, lead business intelligence efforts, synthesizing complex data sets into actionable insights.Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS software company

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or logistics industries is a plus.

Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools, and Agile methodologies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations.
