Salary: 43,000 PHP

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business and Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will translate complex data into clear, actionable reports while working with stakeholders to define and implement process improvements. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

Candidates from other industries are welcome if they have relevant analyst experience.

Experience in Retail and/or Sales is preferred.

Must be proficient in PowerPoint and Power BI (mandatory).

Must be proficient in English and Filipino.

Responsible for creating decks and performing data analysis for clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and understand business requirements.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making.

Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.

Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs.

Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions aligned with business goals.

Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Participate in client calls such as Annual Business Review (ABR), Monthly Business Review (MBR), and Quarterly Business Review (QBR), as well as management and department meetings.

Manage stakeholders and lead projects/initiatives with team support.

Collaborate effectively with Operations and all stakeholders to drive business goals.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs.

Analyze performance metrics and trends to provide actionable insights.

Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Operations and the client Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
