Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager oversees the company ' s digital presence and ensures consistent, high-quality engagement across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of social media accounts across the company and its entities.
- Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging content aligned with the company ' s marketing goals.
- Produce tailored content for individuals or teams within different business streams.
- Manage up to 25 social media profiles through a social media management platform.
- Monitor and respond to engagement on all company social media posts.
- Manage updates and edits to the company ' s websites.
- Coordinate orders and distribution of digital, print, and branded materials for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor ' s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Additional certification or training in digital marketing or graphic design is an advantage.
- Proficient in Canva and at least one social media management platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative eye for visual design and digital storytelling.
- Skilled in project management tools such as
- Experience or familiarity with website management (WordPress and Squarespace).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative and resourceful, consistently bringing fresh ideas to campaigns and content.
- Adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities or platform changes.
- Curious and eager to stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
