About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team at St. Catherine Realty Corporation in Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga. As a fulltime Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and managing the flow of goods within our organisation. What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  2. Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including documenting quantities and verifying product details
  3. Assist in the management of inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  4. Provide support in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related issues and optimize supply chain efficiency
  6. Maintain detailed and organised inventory records, both physical and digital
  7. Comply with relevant regulations and internal policies governing inventory management

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in inventory management or logistics
  2. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Experience in the real estate industry or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred
