Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity role, ideally within the restaurant or food and beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both staff and guests.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to manage the fast-paced and quick-changing demands of food service operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, management, and customers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory oversight, and preparation of business reports
  • Well-developed planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident in making sound business decisions and capable of working independently as needed.
