About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Composite Designs And Technologies LTD, Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Mariveles Bataan. As the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the manufacturing operations to ensure we meet our production targets and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the production department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization

  • Develop and implement production plans, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality

  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to address production-related issues and drive continuous improvement

  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the production team to enhance their skills and foster a positive work environment

  • Participate in project planning and implementation to support the company's strategic initiatives

  • Ensure a safe and well-organized work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry

  • Strong working knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control processes

  • Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
