We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, training, and compensation & benefits administration within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a comprehensive understanding of employment law, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Identify and recruit qualified candidates for various roles, manage the hiring process, and ensure proper onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Provide counseling support to employees as needed.
- Training and Development: Organize training activities and develop strategies to improve employee performance.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and other allowances.
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely payment of salaries and manage payroll-related tasks.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, review, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Graduate of any degree course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related field.
- Exposure in Recruitment, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations, for at least 5 years.
- Expertise in training and must be knowledgeable in:
o Assessment of training needs;
o Plans and develops training course objectives;
o Prepares training materials;
o Evaluates the efficiency of the training;
o Maintains training records for reference.
- Experience in a manufacturing set-up, in multiple locations, is an advantage.
- A team-player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
