The Multimedia Artist supports the Creative, Marketing, and other departments in transforming concepts into compelling visual and motion-based content. This role is responsible for producing engaging static and dynamic materials to support campaigns, programs, and initiatives. Proficient across multiple mediums—video, animation, photography, and graphic design—the Multimedia Artist ensures all creative output aligns with the brand's identity, visual guidelines, and quality standards, delivering impactful storytelling that enhances audience engagement and brand presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce and edit videos, photos, animations, visual effects, and other multimedia assets for marketing and company needs.
  • Support creative and multi-departmental ad hoc requests such as layouts, invitations, and other visual tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Artist and Creative Lead to ensure cohesive and aligned creative output.
  • Maintain proper file organization and manage media asset libraries for easy access and archiving.
  • Stay updated with multimedia trends, creative tools, and evolving design principles.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to the brand's visual guidelines and brand bible.
  • Actively participate in other team initiatives, providing cross-functional support where needed.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions to enhance project concepts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field

Relevant certifications or training in digital media tools is a plus

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in multimedia design, animation, or related creative work

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects

Technical Skills:

Proficient in multimedia and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Experience in 2D/3D animation, video editing, motion graphics, and illustration

Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus

Creative and Soft Skills:

Strong artistic and visual storytelling skills

Excellent attention to detail and creativity

Good communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to manage time and work under deadlines

Other Requirements:

Familiarity with current design and digital content trends

Adaptability to different styles and media formats (e.g., social media, web, print, video)

Willingness to receive feedback and revise work accordingly
