About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Healthcare team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary package of up to 25,000.
Must be available to work Onsite and a Night Shift Schedule.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare industry
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat channels
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- At least 6months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions
- Proficiency in using computer software and online tools to navigate customer information and document interactions
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in any field | 2nd year Completer | SHS Graduate
