About the role
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team based in Pasig City Metro Manila, this full-time role will provide you with the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Actively participating in team meetings and sharing best practices to continuously improve customer service
