  • Monitor and report on store performance metrics. Set sales targets for the team and work together to achieve and exceed them.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them reach their full potential.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized store layout
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate much a Bachelor's/Degree, Business Administration or any related course.
  • Willing to work in Saturday or Sunday or even Holiday / Store Operations.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Has a strong communication and organizational skills background
  • Previous experience in supervisory or teal leadership is preferred.
  • Proficiency in point of sales(POS) system and basic computer skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, lift and mover merchandise as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
