About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouseman to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised management of our warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of our products and supplies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, processing and storing incoming goods and materials
  2. Fulfilling and dispatching customer orders by picking, packing and shipping items
  3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and control systems
  4. Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to optimise productivity
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and security regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
  2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work as part of a team and supervise the work of others
  4. Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
  5. Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items
  6. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
