Job Summary

The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. This role leads strategic planning, financial management, and cross-department coordination to achieve business objectives and maintain operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies that drive company growth and performance.
  • Manage budgets, financial statements, and resource allocation to optimize operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise department heads and key personnel to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and business expansion.
  • Coordinate with management and stakeholders to align operations with company vision and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, operations, or a leadership role.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
