
Customer Experience Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries (mainly email) for B2B clients.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support.
- Craft personalized, empathetic responses.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in international customer support (preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English (especially email).
- Familiar with ticketing systems (Zendesk, CRMs).
- Flexible, empathetic, positive, and rapport-driven.
- Committed to long-term career growth.
Work Setup:
- 3 shifts (morning: 4 days onsite, 1 WFH).
- Mid and night shifts: WFH.
- Weekly shifting schedule (non-negotiable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
