Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

Experience : 3 years of relevant experience

Training : 16 hours of relevant training

Job Summary : Drafts competency-based job descriptions; Prepares/revises Table of Organization, Functional Charts, Plantilla and Qualification Standards; Participates in the review and revision of Competency Profiles/Dictionary; Conducts interviews, studies, researches, surveys and benchmarking; Drafts reports, proposals and correspondence.
