Overview:
The Contracts Coordinator I is responsible for supporting the coordination of contract programs and service maintenance agreements. This role focuses on accurate data entry, timely processing of contracts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that contribute to excellent client service.
Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain basic copier, MPS, and Production Print (PP) contracts.

Process standard contract-related transactions including billing, renewals, cancellations, returns, and addendums.

Assist customers with basic billing questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed.

Support Sales Representatives by providing contract details and usage information.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of contracts and agreements.

Ensure data accuracy when entering contract and billing information into systems.
-
Attend required company and departmental meetings.
-
Follow company policies, procedures, and administrative processes, including timely time entry.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in contracts, billing, or administrative support preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
-
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
-
A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Schedule: Night Shift
Setup: This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
