What you will do:

As a Project Controller, you are responsible for BT&S (Building, Technology and Solutions) project control, routinely analyze, evaluate and forecast the project cost against the baseline cost schedule and assessing the impacts/opportunities. Partner with Project Operations stakeholders within BT&S, to assist project processes to track and close projects and optimize schedule.

How you will do it:

  • Establish and maintain project WBS including revenue and billing

  • Monitor and maintain contract reconciliation

  • Establish and maintain project budgets, and overall cost control

  • Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis [budget vs actual]

  • Drive project profitability and other performance metrics

  • Ensure timely and accurate project billings

  • Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances

  • Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and execute plan to mitigate risks

  • Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required

  • Prepare detailed monthly project rolling forecasts

  • Participate in monthly project review meetings

  • Timely and accurate project settlement, prepare month end project journal entries

  • Schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.

  • Work with the Project Operations stakeholders to update them with information related to project costing and review process.

  • Help building and maintaining project tracking dashboards used for project estimation and approvals

  • Always maintain effective and efficient project documentation.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent

  • 5+ years of work experience.

  • Strong interest in project finance, forecasting, estimation, particularly revenue recognition policies

  • Strong business partnership & delivery of results in a matrix environment

  • Computer proficient and some proficiency in Microsoft excel is a must

  • Proven communication skills
