Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Outsource Accelerator Full time ₱600,000 - ₱800,000 per year

Overview:
We are seeking a capable and self-sufficient individual to support our AI, data, and cloud infrastructure needs. This role spans the management of LLMs and Vertex AI, hands-on data operations (ELTs and data structure), security and access governance, as well as integration and optimisation of our Google Workspace environment. The ideal candidate will also support connectivity between Salesforce and GCP, especially around BigQuery usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LLM & Vertex AI: Assist in managing, deploying, and optimising Large Language Models using Google Vertex AI.
  • Data Operations (ELTs): Perform and support Extract, Load, and Transform operations to prepare data for analytics and modelling.
  • Data Architecture: Help design and maintain scalable, efficient data structures within BigQuery and related GCP tools.
  • BigQuery Management: Support dataset creation, access management, performance optimisation, and integration tasks.
  • Google Workspace: Assist in building out Google Workspace capabilities, automating workflows (Apps Script, Sheets, Drive), and improving collaboration.
  • Security & Governance: Help define and manage access controls, IAM roles, and permissions for Google Workspace, BigQuery, and broader GCP environment.
  • Domain Setup: Support Workspace domain configuration, group/user policies, and admin best practices.
  • SalesforceGCP Integration: Enable and manage secure, efficient connections between Salesforce and GCP (e.g., data sync to BigQuery).
  • Documentation & Support: Create and maintain documentation for processes, integrations, and access policies.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI and BigQuery
  • Familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning models, and prompt engineering
  • Strong understanding of ELT pipelines and modern data stack workflows
  • Knowledge of data modelling and structured data design
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and automation (Apps Script, admin tools)
  • Understanding of IAM, security best practices, and auditability within GCP and Google Workspace
  • Experience setting up and managing domain/workspace configurations
  • Proven experience connecting Salesforce to BigQuery (e.g. via Data Cloud, APIs, or ETL tools like Airflow)
  • Strong communication and self-management skills

Working Hours:

  • UK time zone, Monday to Friday.
