About the role

Marney Industries Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including procurement, logistics, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction professionals
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients
  • Mentor and lead a team of project coordinators and support staff

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Gantt charts
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
