JOB PURPOSE

The position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing various materials for press releases, websites and other communications requirements.

JOB SCOPE

· Develops and writes materials from product-related topics to institutional materials for various media such as websites, microsites, publications, newsletters, marketing materials, etc.

· Drafts messages, talking points and articles for the Bank's senior officers to be used in various events and efforts with industry partners.

· Responsible for going through the editorial process of compiling the facts from research and presenting them in an accessible way and be able to translate information into a form that can be appreciated by the target audience whether internal or external.

· Assists in managing all of the Bank's communication touchpoints, excluding above the line and below the line communications, to ensure that all are fully utilized to support institutional goals and objectives.

· Ensures that materials in the communication touchpoints are updated and relevant in close coordination with other Bank units involved. Coordinates with these units for the correct execution, timely delivery and implementation of set requirements.

· Oversees all Corporate Social Responsibility efforts of the Bank with industry partners and/or beneficiaries.

· Ensures the correct implementation of corporate identity guidelines such as bank and product logos.

· Reviews all creative output of agencies and other suppliers that involve written materials for accuracy and consistency with set directions and guidelines and recommends approval; conducts quality control and checks on marketing communication materials taking into consideration approved specifications, quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.

· Drafts/edits holding statements in dealing with media during crisis situations or in handling specific issues/concern; prepare/edit talk points in dealing with media or external parties for campaigns, interviews, products or crisis situation; and monitor news reports about the Bank.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelors degree under communications/Journalism

With banking experience is a plus

Willing to work 100% onsite
