JOB SUMMARY:

Highly motivated and results-oriented Roving Sales Promodizer to represent our brand and drive sales across various locations within nearby branches. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and sales skills, capable of engaging customers and converting leads into sales. As part of a team, consistently hitting monthly sales targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at assigned locations.

· Actively engage with potential customers, showcasing products/services and addressing their needs.

· ​Effectively present product features and benefits to close sales.

· Achieve and surpass daily/weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· ​Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.

· ​Manage inventory of promotional materials and products.

· ​Set up and maintain attractive and informative promotional displays.

· ​Gather customer feedback and relay valuable market insights to management.

· ​Travel independently to various locations within nearby branches, ensuring timely arrival.

· ​Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

· ​Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand's image.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Promodiser

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Strong sales and customer service orientation.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Highly organized and detail oriented.

· Ability to handle physical demands of the job (riding for long periods, carrying promotional materials, know how to sell the products).

· Proficiency in Tagalog and English.

· Must possess own reliable means of transportation (motorcycle preferred).
