About the role

As a Roving Merchandiser at AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC.', you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed and merchandised to the highest standards across our network of retail stores in Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will require you to frequently visit our store locations to optimise product visibility and availability for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Regularly visit assigned retail stores to assess product placement, stock levels, and overall store compliance with our brand standards
  2. Work closely with store managers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective merchandising strategies
  3. Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure all products are displayed in an organised and visually appealing manner
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the broader merchandising team
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special product displays
  6. Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress reports to management

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience as a merchandiser or retail associate in the consumer products industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to achieve targets
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with store managers
  4. Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and a keen eye for product presentation
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting
  6. A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional in-store experiences
