What You'll Do:

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations — whether in the dining area or the kitchen. You'll lead by example, support the Manager on Duty, and keep the team motivated while maintaining top-quality service and food standards.

Dining Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide Dining Team Members during shifts, especially during peak hours.
  • Ensure guests have an awesome dining experience and address concerns promptly.
  • Monitor service speed, food quality, and cleanliness.
  • Help push new promotions and menu items.
  • Coach team members and help create a fun, positive, and high-energy atmosphere.

Kitchen Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure all orders are prepared efficiently.
  • Maintain food quality and portion standards.
  • Lead and train Kitchen Team Members.
  • Monitor stock usage and ensure readiness for every shift.
  • Keep the kitchen area organized, clean, and compliant with food safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting.
  • Strong teamwork, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, passionate, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fun, positive, and team-oriented personality.
